Terrible service from Game gateway

I have a complaint regarding the game store at gateway. I am very upset as my elderly dad, who went into game on Friday the 5th or June was treated in an appalling manner. He went in to purchase some items and when he went to the til to pay, they told him that his card is blocked. He was then asked to wait while they could see what could be done. This went on for so long and no response or solutions was offered to him while he just stood and waited. The service was so poor as he repeatedly asked them what was going on and why is it taking so long but nobody assisted him. He's a 67 year man who has many chronic illnesses including gout and arthritis and he is feeling very ill after his experience yesterday at game. I think that this kind of service especially to elderly patients is very unfair and unacceptable.
