Terrible Service From Game

I am extremely disappointed in Game Bayside Table View!! We have received nothing but poor service. We bought a TV from them last year Oct. in the beginning of July the TV went on and then just went black. We took the TV back and they promised that the TV will go to the supplier for assessment and they will give us feedback within 14 - 21 days. Its been almost 2 months already. No feedback. If you phone then they never answer I asked today to talk to a Manager and looks like they are non existent because the lady that answered couldnt locate a Manager. When we go to the store they just keep telling us they dont have any news yet!!! In the meantime our household has been without a TV for almost 2 months now!! WAY TO GO GAME!!! Get this sorted out or refund me the money so that we can buy a new TV
