Terrible service from game

I have received my sleeper couch game online today and have paid for delivery.However upon opening the box parts were missing .There was only the couch and the front leg in the box.All other back legs and *****s etc..are missing!!!

When contacting game online I was put through to my nearest store being Game lenasia.the consultant said I should bring back the couch.however I paid for the delivery and should not have to arrange my own transport to bring the couch back when all parts and hardware should have been in the box, and I paid for delivery. when I explained this to the consultant he cut me off on the call!!!!!.this is a huge time delay
