Terrible service from Cradlestone Game

So I called game cradlestone on the 12 January 2022 to assit me with my washing machine and till today no assistance. Both the manager and stuff are not helpful because whenever I call they just put me on hold until I cut the line. This is extremely unacceptable because I'm without a washing machine and it's really shocking how long it takes them just to resolve a simple query. I'm really upset and I will NEVER buy anything from game.
