Terrible service

The service at Game is the worst shame. I bought 3 securator xpanda gates, two did not come with the locks. Lost my receipt ans when I asked that they reprint, they say they no longer do it. I am struggling to find these locks anywhere🤦♀️. One other thing, Game stores are hardly ever full but to find someone to assist you is almost like a miracle. Hayi shame
