Terrible Service
I bought a phone online on the 18th of August 2020. My order was confirmed to have been successfully placed. On the 20th I received an email saying my order has been cancelled. No explanation, no reason. I waited for their call or refund but none of those happened. I called their call centre on the 1st of September they told me that they see nothing on the system but they will call me when the order is ready for shipment. I asked about the email of order cancellation, then they said it means they are out of stock. Someone will call me to arrange for a refund. No one has called, no delivery, no refund.

10 Sept 2020, 12:06I have received an email from Natheer promising that someone would call me for my refund. To date no one has called. I sent an email back reporting that I havent received a call but no response to that email too. Just when I thought it couldnt be any worse. I have now missed other specials for the phone just because Game is holding onto my refund. Just bring back my money since you clearly can not fulfill your order which you accepted and cancelled with no explanation.
