Terrible service delivery

I bought a 50inch Hisense Tv on the 24th to be delivered but till today it hasn’t been delivered, when I track it, it shows pending pick-up and it was meant to be delivered on Tuesday the 29th by the company Wumdrop.

Tried to follow up and to my suprise I was informed that everyone received their orders that were dispatched on the 28th.

So now im asking myself where is my order that I purchased online.

The whole week I’ve been off waiting for my delivery because I stay with my partner and there’s no one home. I can no longer make any arrangements because I have missed a whole week of work.

I am requesting to track my order and deliver it on Sunday as there would be no one at home tomorrow and the whole of next week as I am going back at work.

I have never received such incompetence service in my entire existence.

Please track down who was meant to deliver my order and why was it not delivered as everyone received theirs.
