Terrible service

I bought a rug from game on the 30th of may,received the delivery on the 2nd of june.On that very same day i logged a complain about the poor quality of the rug and requested to return it as i was not happy with it at all.Zubair requsted that i send images which i didnt understand at first,but on the 4th i did as requested.Ive been waiting since then for a feedback,ive been following up multiple times to no response.It is ridiculous that its the 14th today and this is still unresolved. Terrible service.
