Terrible service by Game stores

Terrible experience with delivery. Waited a whole for my delivery, still today they haven't committed to deliver my things. They keep sending smses that they couldn't deliver my things "ska wara", every day for the past week. Called em twice, they put me on hold till I got tired of holding. No one is getting back to me to why my delivery isn't coming to me. Will never order anything only ever again.
