Terrible service buying a cell phone' at Game

I bought a Nokia 3 cell phone, I used it 3 weeks and the screen crashed. I waited very long for repairs and good it back. I had the phone not very long and then had the same problem again with the screen and now on month 5 for the 3rd time again. They send it in. I am Not happy with the fact that they did not replace the phone in the first place but keep sending it in for repairs. The service is terrible and the quality is terrible at game. I bought the phone cash and it is the worst mistake ever
