Terrible service at Game Store Clearwater

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a very terrible service on the 20th May 2017 at 10:46, I wanted to buy Gravity step ladder it was R699.00 on the shelves but when they scanned it was R1299.00, of which I called for assistance via the cashier and the person responsible came and find the price of R699.00 and the came the Store Manager who also went to the shaelves and find the same price. But he refused without any reasons, and said this cant be true. This went on for as good 25 minutes. The store manager was very bad he did'nt even show any customer service qualities.
