Terrible service at Game, Menlyn Pretoria

I went to Game today to purchase the Gazebo special. When I got there I asked one of the staff for assistance, the lady showed me which of the items formed part of the special. At the till I was informed that the coolerbox which I had did not form part of the special. The teller went to get the right coolerbox. After waiting for 20 minutes she came back to tell me that she could not find it, but she will get someone else to assist. After waiting another 10 min I was told that they do not have the coolerbox but They will order it. After another 10 min I was told that the Gazebo that I had was also not the Gazebo on special. That is 40 minutes wasted for nothing. Had they just known and told me in the beginning I would have just bought another gazebo, but no one had any idea what was going on. Had I just ordered from Takealot I could have had a gazebo by now. Dont make the same mistake that I did, just order online and get excellent service and at a better price at Takealot.
