Terrible service at Game Lakeside Mall

<p>I bought a DSTV decoder from game 2 weeks ago and the decoder stopped working. I went to a Multichoice agent and they advised me to return it to a Game store. I went to customer service at Game Lakeside mall on the 6th of May and the lady that assisted me was very *********** and very unhelpful. She was saying something about getting a with reference letter from the Multichoice agent. I demanded to see the manager and waited over 15 minutes but he/she never came. I then walked out of the store and went to Game East Rand Mall where I got great service and had no issues exchanging the decoder, and there was no such thing of getting a reference letter from Multichoice. Why did the lady from Lakeside Mall want a letter, where did she get that information from? I will never be shopping at Game Lakeside Mall again because the staff is very rude and the manager is hopeless, I walked out and they never even bother.</p>
