Terrible service at Game Canal Walk

I ordered a home office desk, chair and a treadmill at Game. I experienced numerous issues regarding the application of my game store card but still ordered the above mentioned items. The desk and chair was taken home via my car and the treadmill was on delivery. Before the treadmill arrived I opened the office desk and saw some of the parts were damaged. I phoned game to advise that I would like the desk collected when the treadmill was delivered. It was confirmed all was in order. When they dropped the treadmill off the driver told me the desk wasn't listed so he couldn't collect it. I phoned the same day and asked for it to be collected. I was told this would happen and the on the day that I have it wasn't collected. I phoned again and explained the situation and was told again that it would be collected on certain days and nobody arrived. This is now the only way I can get this issue sorted as the service at Game Canal Walk is terrible. I need this issue sorted I cannot waste anymore airtime speaking to a person telling me the item will be collected when it doesn't get collected.
