Terrible service at ermelo games stores

The staff at ermelo game stores are so rude and unhelpful. I went to buy with my gift card and they kept saying it's declining without telling me what's wrong as I had not even used it. And the slip says there is money. The cashier just said it's not working and there is nothing they can help me with I must came during the day on Monday. The supervisor called Thabisile Mpila just told me I must came on Monday she will not assist me with anything now
