Terrible service and supervisor Christina

I am every second week in game Eastgate branch I buy all my sons things there and all my groceries. Yesterday on the 27 December 2024, I wanted to buy a ball which was marked R100 on the floor it was the only one left. Got to the till the ball was R299 the taller call her supervisor Christina she was extremely rude and refused to assist me I requested her to look at the cameras to see where I got the ball because she said to me I'm lying.. It is retail law the price you see is the price you pay. The supervisor Christina just removed the ball from till and walked away with no apologies no explanation nothing and left us standing by the till.. The taller apologies for the supervisor behavior and she gave us her name.. I will think twice before coming back to game Eastgate aging.. Everyone on that team knows me including the securities that how often I am in the stores for the supervisor to tell the client in their face you lying is unbelievable.. A customer is always right no matter what . I have been in retail for more that 11 years and I know my rights and laws but this behavior from a supervisor is truly unbelievable..
