Terrible service and empty promises

on the 26th of March 2018 i bought an explora packaged with a wifi connector at Game Jabulani mall. until this day, i have been promised the wifi connector with no luck. i have been driving to the store, and calling almost daily, and being promised to be called back but nothing. Last week Tuesday on the 1st of May, the sales person who assisted me, Lorraine, called me and promised to get me a connector from another store, but till today, i am without a connector. My petrol is being waisted by fruitless visits to the store and as well as my airtime calling the store daily. when new customers come, they get wifi connectors, but they tell us that connectors are unavailble.
