Terrible Service and Delivery

On the 18th of July I purchased a Defy Microwave, Fridge and Washing machine from Game Cenrturion. I scheduled delivery for the 31st of July. Firstly my items never arrived on the 31st. After complaining to the sales representitive he got 2 of my items delivered the next day on the 1st of August. No Microwave. The sales representitive advised me there is stock in the warehouse and I will hear from them by Wednesday.

It is now the 6th of August, 19 days after I bought and paid for my items and 6 days after my Delivery date and still no end in sight???? When will I get my Microwave!?
