Terrible service and attitude
Bad customer service and terrible attitude. I went to return a heater and replace it but instead of service, I got such an attitude from a lady by the name of Octavia.

17 Sept 2020, 13:41I received a call from the store manager with an apology and was promised to be contacted the following day(15th) for further assistance. Haven't received any correspondence from the store manager. Adding to my disappointment with the service at Game Cradlestone.
