TERRIBLE service!

I've been struggling, for longer than a year now,to change my banking details in order for my debit order to be moved, as I moved banks. I waited 3 months for the statements,as per the Tzaneen Branch Employee, and went back to the store to change. I have been there again 3 times after that to follow up. It is still not done.This is pathetic!
