Terrible service

The most ********** service to date, I ordered a bike and helmet end of December last year and a month later the bike started showing mechanical defects, I submitted the replacement request using the relevant channels, NATASHA ROBAIN from GAME/Rosebank assured me the bike and helmet would be delivered last week Friday, still to this day nothing has been delivered, as a consumer I am disappointed at Game and Natasha ROBAIN for such horrible service it is shocking and disgusting having to waste my airtime to follow up everyday and call with no proper way forward.
