Terrible Service

I bought a TV from game Lichtenburg, the TV was taken out of the box and never switched on upon opening and pugging the TV screen was damaged. I went back to the store with little assistance. The receipt for my TV was signed by sales person at Game, i went and bought same TV from Game West Gate and collected at Key West and the process followed for quality assurance was far greater than Game Lichtenburg, i was made to sign two documents and TV had a sticker to show it was checked this was totally different from unprofessional Game Lichtenburg.
