Terrible service

I went to Game in the Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg on Friday, 20 February @ approximately 15:30. I was looking to buy a speaker-system as a birthday gift. I needed some assistance and advice on the different products available, and asked the saleslady named Felicia. She seemed incredibly irritated with the fact that she had to help, and walked away. I assumed she went to call on another employee for further assistance, but after approximately 20 minutes she still hadn't returned. I went looking for her, and she was busy talking to what seemed like friends of hers. She did not seem fazed by the fact that I had waited so long, neither did she then offer any assistance - so I left and ended up buying a gift from Hi-Fi Corporation, where I received excellent service and advice. This was not the first 'bad service experience' I have had at Game - Waterfall Mall, and I will definitely be reluctant to revisit them.
