Terrible Service

We visited Game Soshanguve crossing on the 11/10/2023 to buy electronic appliances and no one assisted us or offered us help, then I left the store after going around the store looking for the appliances.Today on the 18/10/2023 I decided to visit Game kolonnade where I got the best service plus the appliances I wanted, however because I'm from Soshanguve they gave me an option of collecting the goods at Soshanguve Crossing where the service was very bad from the dispatch staff. It's heartbreaking to see that there's still people who don't value customer service.
