Terrible Service

I am highly upset with Games services. I went to Game at Mall of the South to enquire about a TV. The person working with the electronics didn't even know what TV I was talking about and said it is only for bying online or I should let them write me a "rain check". I went to the front desk to ask about this and showed the lady a picture. She said i jad to order it online. When I got hope I phoned the online customer care and the lasy said that ordering online is a nightmare and I should rather buy it at the shop. I phoned Game stores at Vaal Maal, no answer. Game at The Glen, no answer. I tried phoning Game at Mall of the Sout again, no answer. I phoned each store on 2 different numbers numerous amount of times wit NO ANSWER. The special on the TV ends tomorrow... I think this is terrible telephone etiquette.
