Terrible service

Never received such bad service from Game Their communication is terrible. I have app**** for a payment break in January and sent all the forms. To date I still get messages and calls for outstanding fees, I called them and they asked me to resend the forms but still. They add charges to my account whereas I sent emails. This is also affecting my credit score.
