Terrible service

I ordered online on the 30 October till today I have not recieved my order frm Game, people be careful on Game online advertising they advertise false products they deliver wrong product on purpose trying their luck. I'm so so ****ed on Game management coz I've been sending emails, phoning using my airtime/data but still I haven't recieved my order
