Terrible service

Yesterday I sent my two sons to GAME at Alberton to buy me a laptop together with Microsoft Office installation and they were assisted by Siphiwe Madlala, the sales assistant who told them that the laptop is fully installed only to find out that there was no installation. Today I called the store for clarity regarding the matter and I was assisted by Johannes who gave me an attitude and even went as far as telling me that I fail to listen to a simple question. I asked to talk to the store manager and was assisted by Welcome who introduced himself as an assistant manager but he also failed to resolve the matter. They also mentioned that there was no manager on duty. It was clear that there is a lack of good customer care and problem-solving skills. After spending close seven thousand rand at the store I expected better. To this moment the matter is still not resolved.
