Terrible service
<p>so i bought my laptop at game in the vaal mall December 2015 under account. if you put something in account they should have proof that you bought it there. but oh no.. my laptop and some other stuff got ****** yesterday. i went to game to get proof that i bought the laptop there. firstly the staff looked at me like im some sort of *******. then tell me they can't help me at all. So ... i pay for stuff they don't even have on their system?? The manager just told me owh sorry they suddenly went offline and now she can't do anything. i will never in my life go there again.</p>
It was bought on the 31st of December 2015. The game store is in Vaal Mall it's in Vanderbijlpark.

The lady at the accounts apartment called someone and they told her the exact amount of the purchase at the 31st of December. She told me to go to enquiries so they will track down the slip. That is where the problem started cause they didn't want to get/print the slip and just said sorry they can't help me. i mean how did the other lady then have the date and the amount of purchase if they can't track it? I took the laptop that were on the shelf that day cause they didn't have any stock. i did not the receive a box i bought a laptop bag that same day. i don't have a box, never had one. i don't know where to get a barcode now. They don't even have any stock of any Packard bell laptops today.
