Terrible service

Worst service possible I purchased a defy washing machine over a week ago and kept calling during the week to get feedback as nothing has been done in terms of packing it I called again today as it was suppose to be delivered on Saturday I then find out it's out of stock yet the website still shows its available when i asked them as to why I didn't get notified that there is no stock and what's the way forward I am told to wait for more stock which can take "not more than a month" I have shopped with them for so many things in store and I'm so disappointed . We using our hard earned money to buy and not even to get feedback I suggest when shopping for appliances stay away from game and their pathetic customer service who is of no help
