Terrible repairs/warranty services.

Have been waiting 2 months for repair on my printer.When I brought it they said it will take 3 to 4 weeks due to Covid .Now its been 8weeks and when I phone they just say it's still in for repairs.My daughter is now 2 months behind in school work because I can't afford to print all her school work at a shop ,its 300 pages a week.I would love some answers.
