Terrible refunding process

Terrible refunding experience. It's been almost a month waiting for my refund to be processed. Every time I call they say it will be processed in 3-7 working days. It's been 20 working days now. It's not my fault they didn't have stock,now they can't refund me. Terrible, unprofessional service provider. I don't recommend Game online shopping
