Terrible promotion

Hi, so i was ine if the people interested in buying one of those sinotec deals to celebrate 200 000 Facebook followers. Went to both the rosebank and eastgate stores looking for this \deal"but they all said they only sold the product to the first few people in the store and was told by head office that they aren't alowed to take orders for the promotion. How can game celebrate a milestone of 200 000 people when they cant even cater for a small portion of that number."""
