Terrible product and refusing to give me my money back

I purchased a Bennet & Reed hydro vacuum cleaner in July 2017. This units works and then stops and works and then stops again. The 2nd time this happened I decided to take the machine back to Game Beacon Bay and be refunded in order to buy another product. They advise me that the unit must be sent for repairs and I will have to go without a unit until it is repaired. I dont want the thing I just want my money back. I phoned customer services and spoke to Rina and she tells me it is older than 6 months so they will not give me my money back as per the NCPA. I dont read the NCPA, and all I want is to get my money back in order for me to buy another unit and never have to buy a Bennet & Reed ever again.
