Terrible Product

I bought a pair of Olympic shoes about a month ago eand Sept early October. Loved the shoes were so comfortable when I put them on. Well needless to say I wore them quite often. So being the weekend I put them on yesterday 4 November 2017, however when I looked at the soles they had these huge holes in almost as if they had melted away. I obviously don`t walk on hot coals so I`m extremely disappointed in the product as a whole as I am one of those people who find it difficult to find comfortable shoes.

They were bought at Game at Brits Mall. I returned there yesterday only to be turned away as I no longer had the slip. Who keeps a slip of shoes which initially had no faults with especially after a month. I`m not looking for a refund I just want my shoes exchanged for something that will last more than 30 days
