Terrible ordering system

I had ordered some items on the game website for collection at the Clearwater Mall Store. However, I got notified that one of the items is ready for collection at the Southgate Mall Store, 20km away from where I requested the collection for. Upon enquiry from game, I was told that it is a system thing, that locates the items if the store requested does not have it, so my only option is to go to southate. So now they expect me to run around to their stores to get my order, and do not seem to care. So note, if you ordering from game for collection, possibility is that you may have to go to another store way out of your way for collection.
