Terrible Online Shopping Experience - Unreliable and Frustrating!

I cannot express how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with this online game store. I placed an order for an item that was advertised as available on the 10th of January. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of a nightmarish experience.

After eagerly awaiting my purchase, I decided to follow up on the 12th of January when I received no feedback regarding the delivery. Shockingly, I was notified later that evening that they didn't even have the item in stock and couldn't allocate my order to a store. Instead of alerting me promptly, they left me hanging for two days with false hope.

To add insult to injury, they promised to process a refund, but here I am on the 17th of January, still empty-handed and without my hard-earned money returned. It's unacceptable how they can't even manage a basic refund process efficiently.

This isn't the first time I've been let down by this online store. In 2023, I ordered six wooden cots, and the entire process was a nightmare. The items were delivered after almost 14 agonizing working days, with little to no updates or feedback. It's clear that this company lacks the most basic understanding of customer service and fulfillment.

Needless to say, I will NEVER make the mistake of ordering from them again. This is the second strike, and I refuse to endure such incompetence a third time. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this online store at all costs. There are plenty of reliable alternatives out there that actually value their customers and deliver on their promises.
