Terrible online services

Placed an online order on the 23rd of December on the 27th got a call from the courier company for delivery. Was shocked when I only received 1 small parcel. Went and checked my order it still showed delivery will be on the 31st. Now I wake up with a refund in my bank account and I check my order everything has been canceled. I had no call or email to explain what is happening. Please don't use the 'we out of stock' excuse it getting old and on your website it shows there is stock.
