Terrible online purchesing service

i placed an online order with Game *** on 30 April 2020, was told i would receive my order of baby nappies within 5-7 working days. I received an Email on Friday 8 May 2020saying my order was dispatched and the courier company would contact me with tracking details which never happened. I started calling the help line and emailed them from 14 May 2020 with no answers. I still till today 21 May2020 have not had any feedback, it took me 10 minutes and i found out that the order was delivered to the incorrect address. Why have you not just corrected the mistake by re-sending my order while you sort the issue out with your courier Dawn Wing? i feel that it is highly unacceptable that i have to wait for their mistake. I also work in the Customer Service industry and would never negatively impact a customer for a mistake made by me or my supplier. I have been using takealot and a lot other online platform and never received such bad service.
