Terrible Online Experience

Game has been absolutely useless from an online purchasing perspective with no updates or tracking number provided, only once I call multiple times have I been provided with a working tracking number. They have repeated called saying that the driver cannot find my address however Dawn wing is telling a different story of it being delayed by operators on the floor not packing in out in time for delivery. I WILL NOT be purchasing from Game online again and I think I will skip the in-store experience too as their floor staff always have an answer of "I don't know" anyway.
