Terrible in store service

I am at currently at Game store Jabulani mall. It is 10:30 am and the que leading to the tills is longer than the 14 tills they have but only 3 are open! What nonsense and poor service! No manager in sight to manage this mess! It’s no wonder people stop supporting this shop!!!
