Terrible Game Stores

Wow so many bad reviews. It is evident of the perception of customers and.theor expectations. Was at Game Canal Walk today and not the first time. What a terrible experience. From the layout to the non existence of staff. The few staff on the floor is clearly NOT there for the customer. You ask a question and they don't know because they work in another department. Where are the managers when you need one? Are you a food store or an electronics store? You should close all your stores not just a few.
