terrible feedback and customer care service

I posted a review on the 29/06 regarding my order. It has not been delivered to me and I placed the order on the 08/06. After posting the review someone rep**** and said they will give me urgent feedback, today is the 03/07 and no one has contacted me with any feedback. I tried calling the call centres to track my order, they still can not tell me exactly where my order is. Every consultant promises to follow up and call me back regarding my order but none of them has done so. This is absolutely terrible support from game customer care, online department and complaints. I will definitely not be advising anyone to purchase anything online from game. I will never purchase anything online again!
