terrible delivering service

i bought a fridge on Saturday (7 March 2020) at Game in Alberton,and they promised to deliver it on Monday and i said no make it Wednesday 11 March 2020.and geas what on Wednesday i waited up until at 13:00 pm i called and asked why is my fridge not delivered. lady responded "your fridge is out of stock "aaaaw why are you telling me now ,ok then when should i expect it the lady responded saturday 14 March you will definitely get your fridge.

then today when i call again they are saying they do not make deliveries on weeken .jhooo *** is that coz on wedneday i was promosed that Surtaday my fridge will be diliverd. and all of the sadden game store in Alberton Johannesburg they do not deliver on weekend. game store in Alberton have *********** employees especial those who works by the fridges.even today i have not yet received my fridge .
