Terrible customer service/ poor communication

I bought a washing machine directly from the game at Canal walk in May. I was told delivery would happen at the latest on the 9th of June. This didn't happened, I called the store everyday since the 9th and they always say they will follow up and call back but they never did. I eventually went to the store to get a direct answer and again they said they would follow up and call back, a few days later they called only to tell me that they did not have the machine in stock.
