TERRIBLE customer service from Game

I requested a product here in Cape Town. The agent basically said there's nothing we can do and have a nice day. Is this the service we receive from Game. Maybe that's the reason they've lost so many customers. There was just disinterest oozing out her - like she just wanted to get off the phone. Game has such TERRIBLE customer service. She then tells me to go to the store and get help there - WOW
