Terrible customer service from Game

Game stores customer service have not rep**** back to me for over a week after triple debiting my account without any reason .Spoke to almost 4 consultants and none can explain and explain as to when i will be reimbursed. Managers and supervisors all pass the buck and avoid solving the problem. Never buy from game.
