Terrible customer service

On Sunday my sister purchased a gas stove from Game at North Cape mall. The stove had a pipe only to discover after connecting the stove that there is no pipe. I called the store and I was advised to buy a new pipe and didn't get an explanation as to why the pipe wasn't there.
