Terrible customer service at game they make empty promises
I purchased a 75inch hisense tv around 8months ago from game, I have had numerous problems with the tv from day 1 I have been to mall of africa reporting these problems and asking what's the way forward I have had no feedback from them in almost 6months, tv keeps switching off itself, some days tv remains on but the screen just goes black there's days when the tv will not read the remote, I have videos of everything and showed them numerous times but no feedback, going forward I will not recommend anyone to buy a tv from game they customer service is absolutely bad

17 Mar 2025, 11:41I didn't receive any job number they kept on telling me that they have to send the tv in for repairs then only I will receive a job number, I am not willing to send a new tv that Is not even few months old for repairs I bought this tv cash it was not bought on credit and I refuse for a new tv that's under a few months old to go in for repairs
