Terrible customer service at Game southgate mall

<p>I bought a logik gas heater on the 24th of April 2017.I assembled the unit and purchased a gas cylinder as recommended.I made several attempts of switching on the unit on 25 and 26th April with out any success.I decided to return the unit on the 27th of April which was a freedom day public holiday.I proceeded to customer service were i was assisted without any apology by being refunded through a voucher so that i could take another heater.I requested the customer service personnel to test the new unit so that i avoid going through the same ordeal.A man called Daniel was sent to assist me ,he approached with a very negative and unproffessional attitude and dimissed me by saying that the heater was not going to work if the gas cylinder was new ,which was shocking to me because i had made several attempts of swithing on the heater with the same cylinder for two days.Daniel never bothered to gather the facts from his colleagues ,he was quick to instruct them to refund my money after wasting my time and patience in attempting to get a unit that was functional.I finally met the Store manager Nolan who was understanding and promised to resolve the matter internally.The frustration out of this whole odeal was that i had my two kids who were getting irritated,i had to get a new unit myself without any assistance while carrying a one year old kid,I really fail to understand why customers should be treated badly over simple matters,and why people like Daniel are front line employees with no courtesy for customers.I still dont have a heater because of an individual who believes that his better that the brand(game) and the customer.</p>
